Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeetNGuru mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MeetNGuru lets you record meetings and uses artificial intelligence to generate transcripts, summaries, minutes, key decisions and action items from those recordings. The Service is provided for your personal and business productivity use.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use MeetNGuru.
3. Recording responsibilities & consent
Important: You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to recording conversations. Many jurisdictions require the consent of some or all participants before a meeting may be recorded.
By using MeetNGuru to record, you confirm that you have obtained any consent required by law and by the policies of your organisation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Record any person or conversation without the consent required by law.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful content.
- Violate the privacy or rights of any third party.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the recordings you create and the notes generated from them ("Your Content"). You grant MeetNGuru a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to transcribe recordings and generate notes. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for advertising.
6. AI-generated content
Transcripts and notes are produced by automated AI systems and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. MeetNGuru does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You should review important notes before relying on them.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetNGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
