Terms of Service

1. The Service

MeetNGuru lets you record meetings and uses artificial intelligence to generate transcripts, summaries, minutes, key decisions and action items from those recordings. The Service is provided for your personal and business productivity use.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use MeetNGuru.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Record any person or conversation without the consent required by law.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful content.
• Violate the privacy or rights of any third party.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings you create and the notes generated from them ("Your Content"). You grant MeetNGuru a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to transcribe recordings and generate notes. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for advertising.

6. AI-generated content

Transcripts and notes are produced by automated AI systems and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. MeetNGuru does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You should review important notes before relying on them.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetNGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. AI credits, purchases & payments

Processing recordings and asking questions about them uses AI credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. If processing fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance. If a purchase is refunded, the credits it added are taken back from your balance.

In the iOS and Android apps, credit packs are sold through the App Store or Google Play and charged by Apple or Google under their terms. On meetnguru.com, prices are set in US dollars, and who sells to you depends on the billing country you give at checkout:

Buyers in Türkiye

The seller is ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., Gülbahçe Mah. Gülbahçe Cad. You pay in Turkish lira: the dollar price is converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye's USD forex selling rate and rounded to the whole lira. Payment is taken by iyzico on zincirx.com, and iyzico's page shows the exact amount before you pay. The amount charged is the total price: sales are invoiced at 0% KDV under the Teknopark exemption (KDV Law No. 3065, provisional Article 20(1)).

Everyone else

The seller is ZincirX Inc., a Delaware corporation (registered office: c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States). You pay in US dollars, and payment is taken by Stripe.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
