Delete a single meeting

To remove just one meeting — including its audio recording and AI notes — open that meeting in the app, tap the menu (⋮) in the top corner, and choose Delete. This permanently removes that recording and its notes.

Delete your entire account

To delete your whole account and every piece of data tied to it, email us from the address registered to your account:

1. Send an email to meet@meetnguru.com from the email address you use for MeetNGuru.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my MeetNGuru account".
3. We verify the request and permanently delete your account and data, typically within 7 days.
4. You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and account details (email, display name, password hash).
• All of your meeting audio recordings.
• All transcripts, summaries, minutes, decisions and action items generated from your meetings.
• Your registered devices and notification tokens.

What may be retained

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any information we are required to keep by law, for a limited period. Such records are not used for any other purpose. Anonymous, aggregated technical logs that cannot identify you may also persist.
